Terms and Conditions – Yono Rummy Platform Rules

1 Introduction

Welcome to Yono Rummy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and the operators of the Yono Rummy platform accessible at yonorummy.vu ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including sports betting, rummy, fish games, live casino and any other gaming services available.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

2 Eligibility

To use Yono Rummy you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or play.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded user or have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when placing bets or making transactions.

The Platform is designed for Pakistani users and all payment and gaming features are oriented around PKR and local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers. Responsibility for checking whether online gaming is appropriate in your personal circumstances rests with you.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account on the Yono Rummy Platform. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be merged or closed upon discovery. Any balance in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid, active mobile number or email address during sign-up.
• Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account Verification

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests or during routine account review. Verification may include submitting a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Yono Rummy are processed in PKR. The Platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The Platform does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported immediately. Using funds credited in error is a breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may be updated from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit page.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. The Platform aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. VIP members benefit from priority processing with faster turnaround times.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for details.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending identity confirmation.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. We do not process third-party withdrawals.
• The Platform reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount if there is reasonable cause to do so.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Yono Rummy offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general rules set out here.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and minimum odds for sports betting bonuses will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering conditions.
• The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts, or coordinating with other users.
• Promotional offers may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Any bonus already credited and in active use will be honoured under its original terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Yono Rummy are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport involved, as displayed on the relevant section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sections:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, altered or reversed. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.
• Odds are set by the Platform and may change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to your account balance.
• Cricket bets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Rain-affected matches follow DLS method outcomes where applicable.
• For rummy and fish games, the rules of each game variant are displayed within the game interface. By entering a game, you accept those rules.
• The Platform reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match fixing, information abuse or other integrity issues.

8 VIP Programme

The Yono Rummy VIP programme rewards active players with higher-tier benefits as they progress through the loyalty levels. Participation in the VIP programme is automatic for all registered users and progression is based on wagering activity across all sections of the Platform.

• VIP tiers and their associated benefits — including faster withdrawal processing, enhanced deposit bonuses and priority support — are described on the VIP page.
• VIP status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Inactivity for a sustained period may result in tier downgrade.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify VIP tier structures, thresholds and associated benefits with reasonable notice to users.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Yono Rummy. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script or software to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any game where cooperation would give an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, errors in odds display, or system bugs for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards Platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit, withdrawal or verification procedures.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• At the user's own request — players may request account closure by contacting support at any time.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance will be held and released or handled according to the outcome of the investigation. Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance where that balance is connected to the breach.

11 Privacy & Data

Yono Rummy collects and processes user data in order to operate the Platform and deliver its services. This includes registration data, transaction history, gameplay data and device information. Full details of how your data is collected, stored and used are set out in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services as necessary to operate the Platform.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting support.

12 Responsible Gaming

Yono Rummy takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to earn money, solve financial problems or deal with stress.

• Set a PKR budget before you start and do not exceed it, regardless of results.
• Take regular breaks and do not play for extended periods without stepping away.
• Never chase losses by increasing your stakes beyond what you planned to spend.
• The Platform is for adults aged 18 and above only.
• If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to control, use the self-exclusion or deposit limit tools available on the Responsible Gaming page.

13 Limitation of Liability

Yono Rummy provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted, the Platform is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the Platform, including losses during technical issues where bets were accepted.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party payment provider issues, or circumstances outside the Platform's control.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable standards. If you have a dispute about a transaction or bet settlement, contact support within 7 days of the event. Claims submitted after this period may not be reviewed.

14 Changes to These Terms

Yono Rummy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via a notice on the Platform or through the contact details registered on their account.

Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last reviewed.
